Return/Shipping Policy
Refunds/Returns: We have a No Refund or Return Policy because we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation reasons.
Exchanges (if applicable): We will exchange products only if you have received the wrong item(s) or if your item(s) is defective, but you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email us at dlgbeautyllc@gmail.com with your first/last name and order number, customer must include photo of the issue. Once your email request is confirmed by us, you will receive a return label to send your item(s) back to our location. Item(s) must be unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.
Disclaimer:
If your package has been confirmed via USPS / UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS / UPS as DAPHNE LASHES is not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages. For any and all shipping updates please contact UPS with the tracking number we provided you. We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.
Shipping:
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email or text message confirmation with a tracking number once DAPHNE LASHES has shipped your order. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Junk mail. Orders are mailed out daily.
It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address and contact information during checkout. We are not responsible for updating an incorrect address or changing an order once placed. Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping costs will be sent via invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be shipped. Should the customers order be returned to us for any reason, refunds will not be offered.
Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, DAPHNE LASHES is not responsible for any compacts that are cracked, or any other items that might be damaged during shipping.
Once delivery confirmation becomes available, DAPHNE LASHES is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact your local post office or UPS to file a claim if you do not receive your order.
